Bill, owner of Talon Construction, has been in the industry for thirty years. Additionally, he is part owner of Navarre area custom homebuilder Samuel Stevens. He is also retired after an illustrious career in the U.S. Air Force. He and his wife reside locally here in Navarre.
Christopher Stegner
Chris, chief superintendent of Talon Construction, came on board in 2015. Recently retired after 23 years in the active and reserve Air Force, he is now overseeing the daily operations and direction of the company. He and his wife reside in Crestview, FL.
